Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions. Use advanced analytics techniques to collect, interpret, and present data to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand business objectives and deliver data-driven insights. Support the development of business strategies through detailed analysis and reporting. Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing regular updates to management on trends, opportunities, and challenges. Identify and suggest opportunities for automation and process improvements using data-driven methods. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across various systems and platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.). Proven experience in data-driven business analysis or a similar analytical role. Solid understanding of business processes, performance metrics, and KPIs. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business analysis or data analysis role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology-driven company. Experience working in a remote setting, with the ability to self-manage and stay organized. Familiarity with business intelligence software and reporting tools. Prior experience in creating data-driven strategies and solutions that contribute to business growth. Working Hours This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines and business needs. Work hours should align with Bell Canadas core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST), but some flexibility is offered. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence software (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and how data influences strategy and decision-making. Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, using data to inform solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical teams. Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work across multiple departments to achieve business goals.
