As our JIRA Administrator , you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence—designing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian environments (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and related apps) that empower our cyber-security operations and service delivery teams. Your work will directly impact how quickly and securely we serve our clients. If you love solving complex challenges and turning business needs into elegant JIRA solutions, this role is for you What you’ll do: Administer & Optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence. Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights. Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Drive Agile and ITSM maturity through best-practice configuration and coaching. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and own the Atlassian roadmap. What we’re looking for: 3+ years as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in tech or service environments. Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, permissions, and automation. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL and Agile methodologies. Experience in security-sensitive environments.
