As our JIRA Administrator , you'll be the backbone of operational excellence—designing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian environments (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and related apps) that empower our cyber-security operations and service delivery teams. Your work will directly impact how quickly and securely we serve our clients. If you love solving complex challenges and turning business needs into elegant JIRA solutions, this role is for you What you'll do: Administer & Optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence. Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights. Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups). Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Drive Agile and ITSM maturity through best-practice configuration and coaching. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and own the Atlassian roadmap. What we're looking for: 3 years as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in tech or service environments. Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, permissions, and automation. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL and Agile methodologies. Experience in security-sensitive environments. Si vous aimez résoudre des défis complexes et transformer les besoins métiers en solutions JIRA élégantes, ce poste est fait pour vous Vos responsabilités: Administrer et optimiser JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management et Confluence. Créer des workflows personnalisés, des règles d'automatisation et des tableaux de bord pour la prise de décision. Garantir les meilleures pratiques de sécurité (gestion des accès, chiffrement, sauvegardes). Collaborer avec les équipes cybersécurité sur les workflows d'incidents et la conformité (ISO 27001, SOC 2, RGPD). Promouvoir la maturité Agile et ITSM grâce à des configurations optimales et du coaching. Piloter les initiatives d'amélioration continue et la feuille de route Atlassian. Profil recherché: 3 ans d'expérience comme administrateur JIRA/Atlassian dans un environnement technologique ou orienté services. Maîtrise des workflows JIRA, des permissions et de l'automatisation. Bonne compréhension des pratiques ITSM/ITIL et des méthodologies Agile. Expérience dans des environnements sensibles à la sécurité.
