Support hospital safety through incident investigation, de-escalation, and clear reporting as a full-time Security Guard at UHN Westpark. Continental rotation scheduling applies.
Paladin Security’s Security Guard assignment serves West Park Healthcare Centre, part of University Health Network. This healthcare setting provides rehabilitation and complex care services for patients recovering from serious injury or illness. You will investigate security breaches, manage coded emergencies, and provide supportive direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate security breaches and prepare clear incident reports
- Document shift activities through computer applications and radios
- De-escalate upset or aggressive individuals when necessary
- Respond efficiently to routine security and safety incidents
- Assist during medical emergencies and contact emergency services
Requirements:
- Current immunization records meeting stated healthcare requirements
- Clean-shaven status for N95 mask fit testing
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications, or required training commitment
- One year of security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Educational background in listed security-related programs preferred
