Account Manager – Programmatic Company:


The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns. This role benefits from an understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, platforms, and strategies, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and organization skills.


Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client(s) and maintain strong relationships.

• Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide recommendations and solutions.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review campaign performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ad operations and reporting analysts) to develop and execute programmatic advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end campaign management process, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with clients to develop strategic programmatic advertising plans that leverage audience targeting, data insights, and optimization tactics.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.

• Collaborate with sales teams to support new business development efforts, including preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, and participating in pitches.

• Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to provide clients with insights into campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and optimization recommendations.


Qualifications:


• College or university degree.

• Ad agency experience is a plus.

• Some understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, platforms (e.g., DSPs), pixel implementation, site tagging, and ad formats is a plus.

• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to clients and internal teams.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
