Apply floor care and heavy-duty machine skills as an Industrial Janitor with GDI Services. Clean stairs, surfaces, carpets, and building interiors.
GDI offers integrated facility maintenance services in the United States and Canada. This Industrial Janitor assignment focuses on sweeping, mopping, washing, stripping, waxing, and steam cleaning as requested. You will also clean windows, walls, bathrooms, entrances, and common areas. The work requires lifting, high dusting, garbage handling, and movement between two buildings across the street.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy-duty machines for cleaning assignments
- Strip and wax floors when requested
- Steam clean carpets and clean specified windows
- Wash walls, windowsills, glass, and entrance trim
- Perform high dusting and wall washing
Requirements:
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and pride in excellent service
- Organization, energy, and endurance for physical work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have own transportation and pass background check
Use floor care, machine operation, and detailed surface-cleaning skills to maintain GDI facilities between both buildings.
