Fitch Learning is currently seeking an M&A and Ops Analyst based out of our Toronto office. About The Team The M&A and Strategic Ops team supports business leadership on strategic initiatives, operational excellence and growth strategy. He/she will work alongside and support the Head of Strategic Ops and M&A Integration. The analyst will work to streamline ops processes, implement robust reporting and metrics, and conduct financial analysis and diligence. The candidate will bring an innovative and commercial mindset to execute, expand efficiently, and find synergies to grow. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
