Product Owner

The Product Owner will lead cross-functional teams from design to delivery, ensuring fully developed products are ready for customer use. This role involves monitoring performance, recommending adjustments, and resolving challenges during the design and planning phases. The Product Owner will engage with customers to understand market needs, define product requirements, and align initiatives with organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery. • Monitor project performance, recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, and resource allocations. • Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, and identify product gaps. • Define product requirements and collaborate with customers to understand market needs and trends. • Provide accurate and timely status updates to functional leaders. • Make independent decisions on work methods, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. • Drive continuous improvement in consumer experiences. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of technical experience, preferably in data integration. • 5+ years of leadership, project management, and/or product ownership experience. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations. • Passion for improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark. • Background in Health Plan Rx/Pharmacy divisions.Certifications:• Six Sigma Certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
