Position Elite Product and Project Manager Type Hourly contractor Compensation $85–$120/hour Location Remote Commitment 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Lead initiatives to evaluate, compare, and optimize next-generation code agents. Transition into Expert Project Manager roles for upcoming software engineering projects. Collaborate with AI research labs to transform software development and management. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals. Leverage technical skills in code agents and open-source environments. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software product or project management. Strong technical background with code agents in open-source code bases. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Start Date Immediate start; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
