POSITION INFORMATION Description: The Project is a multi year project consisting of subsea equipment fabrication and installation with a dive support vessel. The position will implement and manage schedule delivery for the subsea project, provide overall project schedule / progress measurement expertise and project controls reporting activities within Suncor’s subsea project, and ensuring compliance from the planning stages through offshore execution to project closeout.Summary of Responsibilities: Implement and execute schedules for the Subsea Project Provide Subsea Project specific planning/scheduling services with active participation of all necessary project stakeholders Provide project progress and performance analysis, forecast and reporting for engineering and construction phases, inclusive of in depth analysis and reporting on the Installation Contractor’s schedule Provide guidance to the Subsea Project team on matters relating to schedule Assist in preparation of specific Project Management/Project Controls deliverables Working with functional counterparts to support overall stewardship processes Actively involved in the capture, management, incorporation and closure of opportunities, lessons learned and risks from planning through to execution and project closeout Required Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce or Engineering with 10+ years of scheduling/project controls experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience, with preferred experience in offshore oil & gas scopes Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask and respond quickly to urgent requests Knowledge of Primavera or equivalent scheduling software and SAP Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage and motivate external third parties  Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
