Project Manager – Mid-Rise Residential Construction

Project Manager – Mid-Rise Residential Construction We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mid-rise apartment building construction to join our growing team in Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Office-Based) Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% This is a fully onsite role and not a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of mid-rise residential construction projects Coordinate consultants, contractors, trades, and internal stakeholders Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flows Ensure compliance with all Canadian building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Monitor project performance and proactively resolve risks and issues Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management Travel to project sites across Ontario as required (approximately 50%) Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in mid-rise residential/apartment construction in Canada PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, valid in Canada Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada (mandatory) Proven track record of successfully completed mid-rise projects Strong knowledge of Canadian construction practices, codes, and regulations Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Ontario Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Benefits Performance-based bonus Company-provided vehicle, cell phone, and laptop Full-time, stable employment in a growing organization How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume highlighting relevant project experience, certifications, and completed mid-rise residential projects.
