Portland Tractor is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group. The Opportunity Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC . As the Sales Coordinator you will contribute to growing the company’s membership base and strengthening brand visibility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Generating new memberships through outbound sales activity and trial conversions Maintaining existing customer engagement including customer check-ins, routine engagement campaigns, and quarterly e‑magazine distribution Managing advertisements and promotional posts to highlight the company Developing and maintaining sales collateral and presentations Coordinating sponsor opportunities for sports competitions and digital campaigns Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales and marketing performance Required Skills & Qualifications Previous sales and marketing experience is an asset Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to strategy development Familiarity with CRM software, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office programs.
