Position: Team Lead – Remediation Program Management (RPM) – Prairies, Canada. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver high‑quality results with accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct career development meetings and year‑end discussions. Act as the first point of contact for team members, facilitating communication and collaboration. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and encourage a common purpose. Review timecards, expenses, and approve vacation requests. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring team members meet utilisation targets and project deadlines. Schedule short‑term backlog, distribute workload evenly. Educate team on organisational procedures, fieldwork, health and safety. Provide leadership and mentorship, developing junior members. Maintain a personal utilisation target while supporting the team. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of work experience in a consulting environment focused on environmental assessments and remediations, including supervisory and local‑level leadership. Strong mentoring skills and ability to foster a positive, collaborative workplace. Excellent time‑management and prioritisation to balance project delivery and team leadership. Proactive in resolving issues and identifying staffing needs. Solid understanding of organisational procedures and commitment to high utilisation targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members. Capacity to work across projects and adapt to changing priorities.
