Job Summary:
The Team Lead plays a critical role in our organization, overseeing a team of caregivers and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our clients. The Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of caregivers and support staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to clients
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle client and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
