Project Coordinator – Multimodal Mobility and Safety LEA Associates South Asia Private Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and management of multimodal transportation studies and road safety projects, including transportation forensic engineering investigations. The role involves developing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams, sub‑consultants, and stakeholders, and preparing project documentation. Responsibilities also include participating in client and stakeholder meetings, supporting proposal preparation, and assisting transportation engineers with field data collection, site visits, analysis, client meetings, reports, and court hearings. Project Coordination & Management Assist in planning and managing multimodal mobility, traffic engineering, and transportation safety projects, including forensic investigations. Develop project timelines, schedules, and oversee progress to meet deliverables on time. Monitor and track project resources, schedules, and budget; prepare status reports. Liaise with project disciplines, sub‑consultants, stakeholders, and parties to coordinate technical aspects. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, court hearing preparations, progress summaries, and client correspondence. Client & Stakeholder Liaison Represent LEA in coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders; ensure high‑quality project delivery. Participate in project meetings, address queries, and provide technical support. Support proposal preparation and presentation of project deliverables to clients. Field Work Assist transportation engineers in data collection, analysis, and documentation for safety and mobility studies. Conduct site visits for multimodal infrastructure assessments and document observations. Apply Ontario traffic engineering and road safety standards in project deliverables. Quality Control and Health & Safety Ensure quality control and assurance throughout projects; maintain design accuracy and compliance. Adhere to health and safety policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents. Professional Development Develop professional skills through training, workshops, seminars, and professional associations. Support additional assignments within the Transportation & Systems Division. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning or related field. 2–5 years of experience in transportation engineering, preferably with road safety experience. Knowledge of multimodal mobility, traffic engineering, road safety studies, and forensic investigations. Familiarity with Ontario and Canadian transportation safety standards and guidelines. Experience with road safety reviews, collision analysis, and Vision Zero principles. Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
