Our client is a well-established construction and project-based organization in the Niagara Region seeking an Estimating Manager to lead and scale their estimating function. This is a confidential search being conducted on behalf of the employer. This Estimating Manager role will appeal to a hands-on estimating leader who enjoys balancing technical accuracy with team leadership and process improvement.
