As a Retail Production Manager you will oversee the production process, manage store performance, and lead a team to ensure merchandise is presented, priced, and stocked for maximum customer impact. Responsibilities Direct and supervise the production team, ensuring accurate pricing and shop‑ability of merchandise. Maintain store performance against financial targets and key metrics. Plan staffing, coordinate recruitment, training, and development of supervisors and team members. Oversee quality‑control checks across all production stages and maintain production workflow efficiencies. Ensure customer and donor experience through excellent service and effective communication. Assist with loss prevention, safety, and compliance with company policies. Act as store manager in the absence of the store manager, overseeing all store operations. Results‑driven retail store or industrial management experience. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to observe, assess, and coach others. Independent judgment in various situations. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, pushing and pulling carts up to 250 lbs. Continuous standing, walking, stooping, bending, and twisting. Ability to read and write product labels. Possible exposure to hazardous machinery, solvents, radiation, and dust. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information FLSA: Exempt Travel: Will periodically drive to meetings or other stores.
