Overview:
Match Retail is looking for a reliable, high-energy
** Team Lead** to join our team and represent our client in the city of Burlington. This fantastic opportunity will allow you to build your career in sales and marketing while representing a world-renowned luxury brand within top retail stores
**Responsibilities**
- Provide in-field support to the Area Manager
- Coach and offer sales support to your team and conduct regular store visits
- Ensure sales & KPI delivery
- Client liaison as required
**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year experience in retail sales and customer service: experience in a commissioned sales environment an asset
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead or managing a team of sales associates.
- Possess a clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals: formal sales training an asset
- Effective communication skills: ability to accurately represent the brand as well as determine consumer needs
- Friendly with professional attitude and with a strong work ethic.
- Must have reliable transportation to the designated retail stores
- Must possess a smartphone with internet access
**Additional requirements/details**
- Must be comfortable standing for duration of shifts
- Part-time: up to 40 hours a week, Wednesday through Sundays
- Competitive hourly pay rate + mileage reimbursement
- ** Must be willing to travel in Burlington and nearby cities**
- Access to a vehicle is required
