About the Job Position: Life Sciences Consultant Type: Independent contractor Location: Remote Duration: 4 weeks Commitment: 20+ hours/week Compensation Base pay range: $85–$100/hour Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($95–$115 USD/hour). Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–$100/hour on top of their pay rate. Daily payment via Stripe Connect. Role Responsibilities Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria for AI models. Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world standards. Provide structured feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor to enhance AI model outputs. Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluation. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Qualifications 2+ years of life science consulting experience at a renowned firm like ZS Associates, EY-Parthenon Life Science Practice, BCG Life Science Practice, LEK Consulting Life Sciences, or ClearView Healthcare Partners. Strong online research and analytical skills. Ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources and data sets. Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
