About the Role Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with clients on mission‑critical projects. Responsibilities Draft custom test cases and write test steps. Execute assigned test bed of scripts. Coordinate test case dependencies across workstreams. Record test execution and capture screenshots for evidence. Log defects and block test cases as necessary. Support defect triage and issue assignment. Execute ready‑for‑retest cases. Support test coordinators with test execution status and defect management. Support test account creation and conditioning. Identify the number of accounts and conditioning needs to fully support test cases for assigned features/functions. Show Us What You’ve Got Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role. Bilingual French/English required. Must be based in Montreal. Experience with Fiserv is considered an asset. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL. Expertise with X‑Ray, JIRA, and Confluence. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Analytical mind and problem‑solving aptitude. Strong organizational skills. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
