As the Technology Manager, you will provide operational leadership for WCUs IT Department consisting of Analysts and End-User support personnel, ensuring day-to-day excellence in technology services and infrastructure. You will manage IT staff, oversee core systems, and execute technology strategies under the guidance of the VP of Technology. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments while maintaining a member-first approach. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage complex IT environments and adapt to evolving technology needs.
