We are currently seeking a Specialist to join our collaborative team and contribute to delivering high-quality tax solutions that drive value for our clients. This position provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to real deals and opportunities for career growth. What You Will Do Collaborate with senior team members to support project management for M&A transactions Assist in tax-related analysis and documentation Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders Conduct tax due diligence procedures by analyzing data, identifying risks and assisting with tax due diligence process Contribute to the development of tax strategies by assisting with preparation of structuring documents and related analysis Participate in client meetings and support decision‑making processes What You Bring To The Role CPA designation or actively pursuing a CPA Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time‑management and self‑motivation Strong research and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities Commitment to continuous learning Interest in developing and implementing M&A tax strategies Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Providing you with the support you need to be at your best Adjustments and accommodations throughout the recruitment process At KPMG, we are committed to fostering an inclusive recruitment process where all candidates can be themselves and excel.
