Product Owner, Product Management Desjardins is seeking a Product Owner, Product Management to represent the voice of the client in projects and drive a positive member/client experience. The role works closely with project developers and business analysts to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver expected benefits. Responsibilities Establish product backlog for projects, mandates, and development activities with significant business impact for Desjardins Group. Advise and assist clients and partners with positioning, planning, development, performance and follow‑up of strategic projects and mandates. Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models, and programs to support unit’s strategic projects and mandates. Identify and analyze major problems and issues, develop diagnostics, and make recommendations to decision‑making bodies on market‑development strategies and tactics. Coach other product owners. Represent the unit in dealings with decision‑making bodies. Represent Desjardins Group’s position when reaching agreements with partners and external organizations. What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of six years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered. Knowledge of French is required. Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties, work tools, and interactions with English‑speaking partners, members, or clients.
