You’ll develop and maintain project plans with clear task sequencing, risk mitigation, and staffing needs to optimize project timelines. You’ll lead sprint meetings, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met with clear communication and accountability. You’ll collaborate with software product managers, product line managers, and operations to ensure a smooth handoff from development to production. You’ll support marketing and documentation deliverables — including datasheets, product pages, and user manuals — to ensure successful product launch and adoption. Qualifications What You Bring to the Table A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management for complex electro‑mechanical or automation products. Proven expertise in launching new products from specification through production validation. Strong project management and risk mitigation skills, with a focus on contingency planning and execution.
