As a Product Designer at CreativEdge Design, you will be responsible for designing the aesthetics, layout, and functionality of our digital products, ensuring they meet our high standards for design excellence. You'll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to create innovative solutions that align with our users' needs and our business goals. Responsibilities: Lead the design process of digital products from concept to launch, including websites, mobile apps, and interactive tools. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and tweak designs. Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product design. Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. A degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
