Your responsibilities will include: Product Iteration Updates: Continuously improve and update our products based on user feedback and market trends.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an intermediate designer, managing their workload and ensuring high-quality deliverables.Release Monitoring: Oversee the release process, ensuring that all updates meet our quality standards and align with user needs.Client Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze client feedback to propose new features and updates that enhance the user experience.User Experience Research (UXR): Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.Workshop Creation: Design and facilitate workshops to foster collaboration and innovation within the team.Research Synthesis: Synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights and inform design strategies.Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our designs.Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and create user-centric solutions.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and continuously improve our products.This role requires a proactive, innovative thinker who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and driving product success.
