Job Description RBC is looking for an Ambassador inside our branches who will put clients first and find solutions to their individual needs. This role champion the RBC brand and drives business by supporting new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Successful candidates must offer and maintain mobility between the branch locations listed in the "Job Available at Other Locations" section and be willing to travel or work from any RBC location listed. What is the opportunity? As an RBC Ambassador you will deliver outstanding client service, drive business, and develop a career as a future Account Manager/Banking Advisor in a target‑based performance environment. What will you do? Proactively engage with clients and complete transactions while identifying sales and referral opportunities. Focus on education and demonstration, leverage technology to create memorable experiences, and drive solutions. Contribute to team results by spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce RBC partners, or fulfill client solutions. Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems. Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team. Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have Passion for putting clients first and success in a hands‑on, target‑driven environment. Drive, self‑motivation, excellent communication, and emotional intelligence. Digital literacy across a broad range of devices. Personal flexibility to work flexible hours. Eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.
