Microsoft Applications Specialist (Dynamics 365/Power Platform) Join ITRAK 365 as a Microsoft Applications Specialist (Dynamics 365/Power Platform) to help transform how frontline workers engage in the digital enterprise. ITRAK 365 is a dynamic, rapidly‑growing technology company that delivers solutions in Safety Management, Connected Operations, Training & Competency, Disability Management, and Contractor Management. Location Remote work is an option; some travel is expected to serve customers or attend events. About You You will contribute to the overall success of ITRAK 365 within our customers. You will leverage your expertise in ITRAK 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform to become a trusted advisor and create innovative, results‑driven solutions that deepen our customer relationships and add value. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑term business relationships with customers. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert on ITRAK 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. Provide support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 licensing and consumption. Drive successful ITRAK 365 implementations and growth. Embrace AI technologies such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to increase efficiency and support customer AI adoption. Participate in all stages of an ITRAK 365 project: discovery, analysis/design, configuration, and deployment. Train and support customers and teammates as required. Assist the Sales Team to help close new deals. Maintain a minimum billable utilization target of 60%. Continuously grow business knowledge and technical expertise. Qualifications 2 + years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model‑driven, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and licensing). Experience building apps, workflows, and dashboards; configuring environments; integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other software. Ability to create custom tables, forms, and views; manage security roles and permissions. Basic low‑code scripting knowledge (formulas, expressions). Experience with data modeling, connectors, and integration with external systems. Legally entitled to work in Canada. Willingness to travel occasionally.
