About Firehouse SubsFirehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant founded by firefighters and known for quality food, heartfelt service, and strong community involvement through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. Our Jasper location is locally owned and operated and set to open soon. We are building a leadership team that values accountability, teamwork, and guest experience.
Position OverviewThe Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations. You will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring food quality, service standards, team performance, and a positive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operationsSupervise and support team members during serviceMaintain Firehouse Subs brand standards for food quality and presentationEnsure excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionallyManage cash handling and POS accuracyOversee opening and closing proceduresMaintain food safety, cleanliness, and health standardsSupport training and development of new team membersAssist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost managementQualificationsPrevious restaurant or food service experience requiredSupervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong communication and team-building skillsAbility to work under pressure and make sound decisionsFlexible availability including evenings and weekendsUnderstanding of food safety and health regulationsWhat
