I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for my client located downtown Montreal. This is a contrat position in hybrid mode, 2-3 days remote.
Your responsibilities:
- Process and review disbursements, invoices, expense reports, checks, wire payments
- Respond to requests from internal customers and external suppliers
- Create, maintain and update supplier master files and disbursement rates
- Manage stop payments and cheque cancellations
- Support corporate credit card administration
- Investigate and mitigate disbursement and billing discrepancies and issues
- Establish and post journal entries
- Reconcile accounts payable
- Maintain record of technology grant usage
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of accounts payable processes
- Perform other duties required by the position
Your profile:
- Written and spoken bilingualism (French and English)
- 3 years of experience in the accounts payable field
- Educational background in accounting or a related field desired
- Proven effectiveness with MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with Aderant software (asset)
