Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design scalable, client-focused architectures. Build strong client relationships and guide them toward successful implementations. Proven experience with ServiceNow deployments and platform architecture. Profile 5 years within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a strong track record in partner management. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic goals, operational processes, and organizational challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively.
