Position: SAP PP Solutions Architect – Public Cloud Location: Thornhill, ON, CA Overview Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications and has been providing comprehensive technology solutions to businesses since 1972. Syntax implements and manages ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) in secure private, public or hybrid clouds. We partner with Oracle, SAP, AWS, Microsoft, IBM and other global technology leaders. Current vacancy: PP (Production Planning) Solution Architect Job Description Leadership role – as a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants in your module; facilitate complex issue resolution during implementations; develop ideas for reusable content to enable faster implementation for new clients; mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise. Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) – manage a team of internal consultants in your module, guiding their career development and helping achieve a good utilization balance. Quality Assurance – provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and ensure completeness of designs at Blueprint time and at key project milestones. Relationship Management – help manage client expectations and balance the needs of the company and client to ensure satisfaction and focus on areas delivering the most customer value. Desired Skills And Qualifications Ten or more years of SAP PP (Production Planning) consulting experience with business analysis experience working with functional resources and clients in your specialty area(s). Past leadership role required. Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and work well under tight deadlines. Ability to deliver SAP training to client end-users. Big Four consulting experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP Certified. Additional Qualifications Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas. Strong skills in conducting fit-gap analysis in two or more areas of specialization. Strong communication skills. Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity. Why Syntax?
