Senior Project Analyst – Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) CAMH is a leading mental health organization that seeks to transform lives and revolutionise education through innovation, research and social change. The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is recruiting a Senior Project Analyst for a full‑time, 12‑month contract. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sr. Portfolio Manager, Digital Acceleration & Initiatives. Key Accountabilities Adhere to a project management methodology and reporting aligned with the EPMO. Execute project work streams as assigned by the Project Manager or Supervisor. Hold accountability for lower complexity projects or specific workstreams of complex/large scale projects. Conduct project tasks as assigned. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Project Manager or Supervisor, coordinate and develop project planning activities such as: development of project plans, implementation plans, and critical paths. Develop change management strategy, gap analysis strategy, requirements gathering approach and plan, testing or PDSA plan, training and support plan, sustainability, evaluation and spread plan. Provide coordination and analytical support to senior leaders in translating strategic and operational plans into detailed project workplans and deliverables. Utilise various methodologies to analyze problems and provide solutions. Conduct requirements gathering and participate/facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, such as interviews, workshops, meetings or training. Support collaborative relationship building with internal and external partners by coordinating meetings, documenting outcomes, and ensuring consistent follow‑up to maintain alignment and trust. Assist with stakeholder engagement and partnership activities to ensure diverse perspectives are captured and reflected in project design and implementation. Analyze and synthesize stakeholder requirements into actionable items. Coordinate and carry out workflow and process redesign activities. Coordinate and carry out testing activities. Identify, document, mitigate and resolve potential project risks and issues; escalated to the Project Manager or Supervisor where appropriate. Develop project education materials and provide implementation training and support. Review, develop, and/or deliver reports, updates, communications and presentations in written, verbal or graphical form. Assist in the development and execution of project evaluation activities. Facilitate internal and external project team meetings including development of agenda, leading meeting, ensuring follow‑up of action items identified. Implement project lifecycle process improvements when they add value for the specific project. Facilitate and support implementing PDSA cycles, process mapping and development of implementation plans, critical paths and initiative documentation including lessons learned documents. Conduct project administrative tasks such as minutes, documentation gathering, reports, summary of action items, etc. Job Requirements University degree in health research, health evaluation, health administration, information management or equivalent. 2‑5 years of progressive project analysis/management knowledge and experience supporting healthcare, research or process/quality improvement projects. Quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical problem‑solving ability. Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to translate stakeholder needs into proposed solutions for review. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a self‑directed manner with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills; able to receive tasks from supervisor and formulate logical sequence of activities to achieve the task. Experience in a healthcare environment. Working knowledge of hospital operations, public health systems and healthcare policy processes. Ability to synthesize research and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations. Knowledge of partnership development practices in the healthcare and public health sectors, with demonstrated experience coordinating joint initiatives or stakeholder engagement activities. Experience working with diverse clients and stakeholders. Experience providing analytical, coordination and communications support to senior executives within a complex healthcare or academic environment. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, trauma‑informed and equity‑driven collaboration across teams and community partners. Formal project management education or Project Management Professional Certification (preferred). MS Visio experience (preferred). MS SharePoint experience (preferred). Experience supporting corporate‑wide strategic initiatives in health care organisations (preferred). Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language (asset). Additional Information This full‑time contract (12‑month) position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit. Salary: CA$70,000.00 – CA$90,000.00.
