We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in AI strategy alignment, business process design, and organizational readiness. If you have a proven track record in defining AI vision, shaping strategic frameworks, and enabling enterprise‑wide adoption, we’d like to hear from you. Must Have AI Strategy & Business Alignment Strong analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies Experience preparing executive‑level documentation, including vision statements, strategic pillars, and summaries Proven ability to clarify AI vision, purpose, and direction across multi‑stakeholder environments Experience defining measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans for AI initiatives AI Process Design & Prioritization Experience designing AI‑related business processes such as intake workflows and prioritization frameworks Ability to create evaluation criteria for ranking and selecting AI use cases Strong data literacy to define data requirements, assess quality, and ensure privacy compliance Experience designing shortened feedback loops to support accelerated AI decision‑making Other Skills Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive workshops and multi‑stakeholder alignment Understanding of AI‑related policy, governance, and compliance requirements, with ability to recommend updates Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies, readiness assessments, and change management plans Ability to create role‑based training toolkits and onboarding materials for AI change champions Agile BA delivery experience (user stories, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria for AI features) Experience supporting vendor and partnership evaluations for AI solutions Responsibilities Define and articulate the AI vision, purpose, and strategic direction through clear documentation and executive summaries Develop measurable KPIs and benefits realization plans for AI program success Build and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to align stakeholders Design and implement AI intake and prioritization frameworks Establish a streamlined feedback loop process to accelerate AI initiative decision‑making Conduct organizational readiness assessments and provide actionable reports for AI adoption Map current and future‑state business processes, embedding AI touchpoints and ensuring governance compliance Work closely with technical teams and architects to translate business and data requirements into AI solution specifications Develop change management and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption Recommend updates to policies and processes to align with AI strategy and responsible AI practices Prepare executive‑level presentations to communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes Apply now for this AI Business Analyst Consultant opportunity in Toronto, ON.
