ATS Pal serves a global customer base, and all marketing and growth activities are conducted without geographic limitations. Role Description We are looking for a Growth Partner / Marketing Co-Founder to take ownership of growth strategy and execution, with a direct impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is not a traditional employment role. The selected candidate is expected to treat this position as a primary professional commitment and demonstrate long-term dedication to building the business. Role Type 100% remote Location-agnostic Global campaigns and audience Outcome-based (not time-based) Focused on sustainable revenue growth Compensation Structure (Performance-Based) There is no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly payment for this role. 100% of the net profit generated from new customers directly acquired through the candidate’s efforts will be paid to the candidate, up to an agreed cumulative compensation cap. Payments are made exclusively from actual revenue generated. If no revenue is generated, no compensation is paid. Detailed definitions of attribution, net profit, and the cumulative cap will be specified in the contract. Equity Equity eligibility is based on long-term commitment and sustained performance. 12-month cliff 24-month total vesting period Equity allocation is subject to achieving agreed KPIs and ongoing alignment. Key Responsibilities Identify, test, and scale customer acquisition channels (content, SEO, partnerships, outreach, paid experiments, etc.) Design and execute growth experiments end-to-end Build, optimize, and document acquisition and conversion funnels Analyze performance metrics including conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact Develop repeatable growth systems and playbooks Collaborate closely with the team to refine messaging, positioning, and user experience KPIs & Performance Measurement KPIs will be defined collaboratively and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Primary focus areas include: Acquisition of paying customers Development of repeatable acquisition channels Measurable contribution to revenue growth Qualifications Required Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation Demonstrated ability to personally drive paying customer acquisition Strong understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution Data-driven decision-making mindset High level of self-management and accountability Ability to commit to this role as a primary professional focus Preferred Experience in SaaS, career services, HR tech, or marketplaces Background in early-stage or growth-phase startups Experience building or scaling growth systems from zero How to Apply Please submit your resume for consideration.
