We are growing and searching for Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our team in Ottawa. These are permanent full-time positions with typical hours of work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm local time. As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, maintain a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met. What We Offer You $75,000 - 100,000 annual base earnings plus an attractive variable compensation program with overall package potential of $125,000+ Employer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits (starting on day one) with an additional healthcare spending account RRSP program with employer matching Generous time-off policies including paid vacation, 7 paid personal days per year, and 1 paid volunteer day per year Education assistance program, LinkedIn Learning access, mentorship, and professional development opportunities What You Will Do Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing a range of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations Stay abreast of trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post-care solutions Collaborate with clinic team members to support walk-in clients and inbound calls What We Are Looking For Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience Excellent communication skills to establish professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members Ability to make product and service recommendations and provide patient-centric education to ensure product adoption Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) is an asset but not required Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not required HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
