Assistant Store Manager Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. is a leader in health and wellness. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support leadership, sales, and customer service across a community pharmacy. Position Details Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Sales and Business Development. Retail industry. Responsibilities Demonstrate outstanding sales ability, leadership capabilities, and contribute to the store concept with energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills. Assist with human resource activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary procedures, and union issues where applicable. Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care for the store. Assist the Front Store Manager in achieving and maintaining budgeted sales, gross profit, EBITDA, inventory targets, labor costs, shrink, and controllable store expenses. Champion and model subject‑matter expertise at store level – product knowledge, merchandising, loss prevention, health and safety, and pharmacy/patient care. Adhere to all marketing programs and initiatives, including retail price management, front store merchandising, planograms, core programs, flyer implementation, and local advertising initiatives. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience within a retail environment. 1–2 years of experience within a retail environment. Exceptional multitasking and adaptability skills. Proven customer service and effective communication skills. Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial reports. Benefits & What We Value A closely connected culture.
