Job Description
Overview
As a result-oriented Digital Performance Supervisor, you’ll be proficient in the planning and execution of 360 media campaigns, while overseeing the performance team to manage campaigns with excellence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for communications and deliverables of the performance team — from media planning and buying to tracking and analytics. The role requires exceptional detail orientation and an intrinsic desire to deliver market-leading work that outperforms the competition. You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of client campaigns, troubleshoot analytics, and foster a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, with excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills — acting as a key point of contact among the team and with clients. You’ll work closely with account and project managers, designers, developers, writers and videographers, all focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and their preferences
- Analyze various digital channels to understand their effectiveness in reaching and engaging different audience segments throughout the customer journey
- Use insights from audience research to prioritize media selections and develop a comprehensive strategy encompassing various digital channels
- Formulate an ecosystem of media tactics tailored to meet specific performance objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with key media owners to explore innovative partnership opportunities
- Proactively identify solutions and initiatives to enhance campaign performance and drive tangible results for clients
- Develop clear execution strategies for each digital channel, defining target audiences, their intent, and measurement plans to track performance effectively
- Ensure alignment of strategies with overarching campaign goals

- Create accurate forecasting based on historical data and probability of performance
- Deliver engaging and successful media presentations with a clear and compelling narrative
- Manage the day-to-day performance of all client campaigns, in collaboration with the performance media team
- Participate in the assessment and/or troubleshooting of live campaign analytics with the performance media team to ensure the accuracy of tracking, and that performance aligns with the forecast
- Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to clients of their campaigns, with clear insights and next steps
- Ensure strong day-to-day delegation of tasks to effectively manage workloads and pressures
- Mentor the performance team with insightful developmental feedback
- Foster a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the company

The Experience You Have
- Minimum 4-6 years’ digital performance experience in a similar role managing performance and data specialists
- Proficiency with Google Suite, all Microsoft Office programs, Google Analytics/Adwords/TagManager products, Meta Business Suite and TikTok, with platform operations knowledge
- Experience in project managing complex performance campaigns is absolutely essential
- Traditional media planning and buying experience (an asset)
- Influencer marketing experience (an asset)
- Pharma category experience (an asset)
