Base pay range CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr Location: Downtown Toronto A high-growth national brand is looking for a Tier 1 Desktop Support Technician to join their downtown Toronto office. This is an onsite, customer-facing role supporting a busy team in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, works well with people, and brings a polished, friendly presence to the desk. If you thrive in hands‑on IT support and like being the person who saves the day, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and peripherals (Windows 10/11, O365, Teams, SharePoint) Support meeting room and AV technology to keep boardrooms running smoothly Log and manage tickets through ServiceNow following ITIL best practices Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network issues Escalate issues when needed and follow through to resolution Assist with workstation setups, imaging, and device maintenance Deliver reliable, people‑first customer service in a busy office environment Work closely with internal IT and Facilities teams to address user issues quickly What You Bring 1–3 years in a desktop support or service desk role (Tier 1) Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and O365 administration Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Comfortable supporting AV/meeting room tech Solid communication skills and a calm, friendly approach Able to work onsite five days per week in downtown Toronto French bilingual (strongly preferred) Nice to Have IT certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar Experience in enterprise or high‑volume environments Why This Role Matters You’ll be the face of IT for a tight‑knit office, supporting a team that values professionalism, fast response times, and a solution‑focused mindset.
