What You’ll Do:


  • Spearhead and orchestrate influencer marketing initiatives across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram for our esteemed clientele.
  • Cultivate robust partnerships and adeptly negotiate partnerships with influencers.
  • Generate concise, simple, and to-the-point briefs for our influencer campaigns
  • Exemplify exceptional follow-up practices with creators.
  • Harness software to submit drafts for approval.
  • Execute swift pivots and launch creator swaps on a daily basis.
  • Innovate and propose fresh, creative concepts.
  • Facilitate seamless payment processing throughout the day.
  • Provide immediate responses to client and influencer inquiries.
  • Maintain relationships with our multiple agency partners that we collaborate with
  • Track campaign performance on a daily basis and report key metrics to clients

Although influencer marketing experience is valued, we pride ourselves on breaking boundaries and thinking differently than your traditional agency. We are a very small and lean team, and we are looking for a team player to grow with us for years to come. If you are looking for your traditional job, this may not be the position for you. This job consists of long hours and is not for everyone. :)


*This is a 6 month contract, with the intent to transition to a full-time employee at the end of the contract*

(Despite being initially contracted, this role demands full-time commitment and dedication.)


Estimated Annual Compensation: $70,000 CAD

(Based on estimated commission of budgets allocated - this number can vary upwards or downwards based on effort and industry trends)
