**About The Role**:
Job title: Junior Marketing Assistant

Position: Contract/ Part
- time

Rate: $18/hour

Availability requirements: minimum of 10 hours of availability during business hours weekly. Any other hours are mandatory but scheduled at your own discretion.

Cherry Creative Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Manager to enhance our client relationship management through administrative support to our accounts manager. In this pivotal role, you will be immersed in various aspects of client engagement, from handling regular communications to supporting the administrative facets of client onboarding and offboarding. This position is designed to be administratively intensive, providing foundational support to the Accounts Manager and Brand Strategist. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our client services, setting the stage for your professional growth within the realms of account management and brand strategy.

As a Junior Accounts Manager with Cherry Creative Group, you will be expected to display a high level of organizational skill, coupled with an aptitude for effective communication and a keen eye for detail. Your role demands adaptability and a proactive approach, as you will be navigating diverse client needs and brand narratives. In this role you will be expected to excel digitally; including fluency on platforms such as google sheets, excel, clickup, gmail, google docs, and more. This position is not only about supporting the present but also about shaping your future in Marketing. **About the Duties and Responsibilities**:
Direct Reporting and Communication:

- Engage in direct and regular reporting to the Accounts Manager/Brand Strategist,

focusing on client communication, key deadlines, and the status of deliverables.
- Maintain daily and weekly communication with the production team lead, ensuring that client deliverables are being met according to expectations.
- Taking feedback from the Accounts Manager/ Brand Strategist, and translating this feedback to the production team lead to ensure quality deliverables are being met
- Taking part in googlechat groups with Accounts Managers, Production Team leads, and clients to ensure any daily communication is being addressed.
- Efficiently manage calendars, balancing client meetings, internal deadlines, and project timelines to ensure smooth operational flow.Contract and Financial Administration:

- Stay vigilant in managing and processing outgoing proposals, invoices, and contracts,ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial dealings. This requires fluency on allgoogle platforms including sheets, drive, docs, calendar, meet, and chat.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the company CRM on ClickUp, ensuring that allclient information and digital asset management folders are current and well-organized.Client Tracking and Reporting:

- Responsible for filling out and dispatching monthly client tracking and reporting, oncereceived from the production team lead under direction of the Accounts Manager.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Manager/Brand Strategist to generate insights andidentify upselling opportunities within these reports, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management:

- Actively work towards ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, addressing concerns

and fostering positive relationships.

**About the Qualifications and Skills you will need**:
Educational Background:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a

related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or courses in account management, administration, marketing, client relations, or business communication are highly advantageous.

Professional Experience:

- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally within amarketing or digital agency setting.
- Experience in managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, andadhering to brand guidelines.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in CRM tools, with a specific preference for those experienced with ClickUp.
- Familiarity with managing contracts, proposals, and invoicing systems.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and brand strategy.Client Coordination and Communication:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, crucial for effective clientinteractions and internal collaborations.
