As a student on the Asset Integrity team, you will be part of a critical function within our broader Asset Integrity umbrella, which includes Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and day-to-day inspection activities. The Asset Integrity team is focused on maintaining the integrity of equipment and infrastructure across our refining operations. The core goal of this team is to ensure everything stays safely contained within the pipes—protecting both people and processes.This role offers hands-on exposure to reactive inspections, direct planning activities, and damage mechanism identification. You’ll support communication efforts across the Asset Integrity function and gain valuable insight into mechanical reliability and safety practices. It’s a strong foundational experience for students pursuing careers in mechanical engineering and refining operations.
