Overview Front Store Manager - Full Time MacQuarries Pharmasave - Mahone Bay Location: Mahone Bay, NS Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays About The Role Mahone Bay Pharmasave is currently seeking an engaging and highly motivated Front Store Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards Areas of focus for this role will include employee engagement and business growth Provide a positive customer experience Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner Assist with cash handling and cashier duties when necessary Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency Qualifications & Skills Experience in retail management and not afraid to use innovative methods Friendly, approachable, and has strong customer service background An excellent communicator and team mentor Organized and detail-focused, especially when handling cash or stock Able to take initiative and work independently when needed Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and use stairs as needed Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
