**Overview**: Fort William Medical Pharmacy seeks an experienced Front Store Pharmacy Manager to oversee front-end operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage retail operations while ensuring seamless collaboration with the pharmacy team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations, including staff management and inventory control.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
- Train and lead front store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless integration of front and back-end operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
