Description of Role The Regulatory Analyst is the go-to subject matter expert responsible for providing timely and accurate advice to a growing operations department and client base. A strong sense of ownership and pride over principal duties is required. This role continually provides opportunities to work independently and collaboratively to achieve entire perspective results. Answer incoming inquiries from clients. Review and process post entry adjustments. Research and respond to requests for complex information in a professional manner. Analyze and interpret information received from clients or internal team members. Perform complex classification for goods in all industries. Analyze the BOM (Bill of Materials) and prepare the CUSMA and other free trade agreements. Conduct analysis on client tariff database and update accordingly. Liaise with appropriate government departments as required. Prioritize and complete work according to project demands, customs requirements and Willson standards. Participate fully with other team members in the day-to-day operation of the team, including setting priorities, organizing and scheduling work, coordinating with others, problem solving and decision making. Occasional travel to our US HQ may be required to support system and/or product launches. All other duties as assigned.
