The Royal College partners and collaborates to lead the evolution of specialty medical education and standards; support specialist physicians, learners and teams to continuously improve; and advocate for excellence in specialty medicine by supporting innovation, well‑being, equity and person‑centered care. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with client groups and technical partners to elicit and document business requirements for technical solutions. Act as a bridge between business units and third‑party vendors, ensuring proper translation of business requirements to technical solution requirements. Manage and maintain business requirements and design information from inception to retirement to ensure validity and accuracy. Identify solution options that meet business needs, estimate potential value, and confirm that proposed solutions are optimal. Provide Level 2 or Level 3 application‑specific support, including troubleshooting, configuration and changes to settings, to the user community as defined by service level objectives. Provide functional support through system configuration and understand business processes to manage day‑to‑day program or system operation. Work with other support resources, including third‑party vendors, to ensure successful issue resolution. Identify high‑level risks, assumptions, and constraints to ensure stakeholder needs are understood. Develop project schedules with client groups, third‑party vendors and developers, based on key deliverables and timelines. Assign roles and responsibilities for resources working on the project to ensure optimal resource allocation. Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure solutions function as designed. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet user requirements and receive proper sign‑off before promotion to production. Define training requirements, prepare training plans, and produce training materials to ensure high adoption of the solution. Qualifications Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technologies, Business, or a related field. Approximately 5 years of application experience with at least 3 years of hands‑on functional analysis. Proven experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online, including environment configuration, workflows, and permission governance. Experience working with Learning Management Systems / Learning Experience Platforms (e.g., Docebo). Asset: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP). Asset: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA‑AAC). Asset: Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Certification. Fournir un soutien de niveau 2 ou 3 adapté aux applications, notamment assurer le dépannage, la configuration et la modification des paramètres pour la communauté utilisatrice, comme le définissent les objectifs du niveau de service. Fournir un soutien fonctionnel en configurant des systèmes selon les besoins opérationnels et travailler à comprendre les processus opérationnels pour gérer le fonctionnement quotidien d’un programme ou d’un système. Travailler avec d’autres ressources de soutien, comme des services externes, pour assurer une résolution de problèmes fructueuse. Déterminer les risques, les hypothèses et les contraintes à grande échelle pour s’assurer que les besoins des partenaires clés sont compris. Travailler avec des groupes de clientèle, des services externes et du personnel de développement de logiciels pour élaborer un calendrier de projet basé sur les principaux produits livrables et les échéanciers afin de définir la durée du projet. Déterminer et attribuer les rôles et les responsabilités des ressources qui travaillent sur le projet afin de s’assurer que les ressources optimales sont affectées au travail. Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans et des cas d’essai pour s’assurer que les solutions fonctionnent comme prévu. Agir comme responsable des tests d’acceptation utilisateur (TAU) pour que les solutions répondent aux besoins de la communauté utilisatrice et soient correctement approuvées avant d’être implantées dans un environnement de production. Définir les exigences de formation, préparer les plans de formation et produire du matériel didactique pour assurer l’adoption de la solution. Qualifications Formation et expérience équivalent à un baccalauréat ou à un diplôme collégial en informatique, en technologies informatiques, en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Au moins cinq ans d’expérience pertinente et au moins trois ans d’expérience pratique en analyse fonctionnelle. Expérience éprouvée de l’administration de Microsoft SharePoint Online, notamment la configuration des environnements, des flux de travail et de la gouvernance des autorisations.
