The opportunity in this space is tremendous. Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 248,000-254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of high velocity, innovation, and technical excellence. Define and execute the technical goal for integrating AI agents across first- and third-party chat and voice surfaces, collaborating with Product Managers, UX, and Research teams to deliver customer experience. Lead high-level technical engagement and co-development initiatives with strategic partners, ensuring the seamless integration of external technologies into the core platform ecosystem. Foster a high-performance, agile development environment that prioritizes rapid iteration and action-oriented execution to maintain an engaged edge in a fast-evolving domain. Serve as the principal technical authority, leveraging deep expertise in Generative AI and contact center workflows to develop robust systems and drive the end-to-end integration of AI agents across modern communication channels while navigating complex technical trade-offs.
