Strategic Fulfillment Manager at The Beer Store

Elevate The Beer Store's supply chain as a Strategic Fulfillment Manager in Bolton, Ontario. Spearhead supplier partnerships and optimize our fulfillment planning processes.
This permanent, full-time role reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning. You will take charge of shaping S&OP strategies and strengthen supply chain operations while ensuring readiness and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and enhance performance across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead S&OP processes for supplier partnership alignment
• Set the fulfillment strategy to improve service levels
• Develop key supplier relationships for trust and accountability
• Optimize network-wide operational efficiencies
• Implement inventory management and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• 8 or more years in supply chain leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
• Supply chain certification (preferred)
• Proven skills in customer-facing planning tools
• Strong persuasive communication and leadership abilities
