We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world. We’re looking for a senior leader to grow and lead our CRM Consulting practice in North America. This role blends sales leadership with delivery oversight—ideal for someone who can win new work with confidence and ensure it’s delivered to the highest standard. You’ll drive our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics consulting proposition, helping sports and entertainment rights holders transform how they engage fans and maximize commercial performance through smarter CRM use. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Growth – Own and grow the CRM consulting pipeline in North America by scoping, selling, and securing new client engagements. Client Leadership – Serve as senior point of contact for priority clients, balancing strategic advisory with hands‑on delivery oversight. Project Oversight – Lead discovery, implementation, and optimization projects across Salesforce and Dynamics, ensuring measurable value, timely delivery, and long‑term adoption. Team Building – Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of CRM consultants and analysts in the region. Proposition Development – Adapt and localise our global CRM consulting offer for the North American market, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and delivery approach. Partner Engagement – Strengthen partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, and Kore to unlock joint business development opportunities. WHAT YOU BRING Proven ability to sell and deliver consulting engagements, ideally in CRM, Martech, or enterprise SaaS. Strong experience leading Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics implementations. Confidence in executive‑level client engagement, from shaping proposals to guiding delivery teams. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale a practice. The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
