Overview Structural Telecommunications Engineer position with CIMA+ based in Vancouver, BC, delivering engineering projects in telecommunications structures across BC, Ontario and Quebec. You will participate in design and analysis of telecommunications structures, ensure technical quality of deliverables, and coordinate with the engineering and drafting team under supervision of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities Participate in kick-off meetings and technical coordination with team members Design and validate towers, reinforcements and special structures Design and verify foundations and anchoring systems Write structural analysis and other technical reports Coordinate the drawing of engineering drawings with draftsmen and ensure deliverable quality Support implementation and improvement of innovative methods and tools to optimize processes Contribute to interdisciplinary projects within CIMA+ Participate in coordination meetings with clients Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3+ years of experience in structural engineering Be a member of EGBC; other Canadian P.Eng may be considered an asset Strong interest in structural calculations and technology Fluency in English (oral and written); French is an asset Excellent time and priority management Team player with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Interest in design and improvement of automated calculation tools Asset: experience in Telecommunications Structural Engineering Asset: knowledge of SAFI Telecom and TSTower Asset: interest in at-height telecommunication structure survey and inspection Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range is CA$90,000 to CA$105,000, depending on candidate experience, training, skills, and internal equity Flexible work schedule in a hybrid work mode Comprehensive group benefits from day one for permanent employees Employee and Family Assistance Program RRSP with 4% employer contribution Employee ownership with opportunity to purchase shares Work/Life balance policies across Canada 3–5 weeks of vacation based on relevant experience Tailored training to improve existing skills Additional Information Ethics and integrity are fundamental values at CIMA+.
